The Orange County chapters of the British American Business Council and the World Affairs Council will host their annual Business Debate on Thursday, October 25th from 6pm at the Wyndham Hotel in Costa Mesa. The theme of the evening’s debate is ‘California Needs to Go Back to School’.
A variety of speakers will argue that in order for Califoria to effectively meet the challenges of the 21st century, the State needs to adopt a radically new curriculum. Wiser spending is needed, not just more funding. The efficiency and effectiveness of the whole educational system demands a powerful upgrade.
