Following it’s success in Silver Lake at The Spice Station, ‘A Spot of Tea’, the vintage pop-up tea shop, has been popping up at a number of locations during Britweek 2013, and will continue this weekend in Santa Monica.
On May 4th & 5th A Spot of Tea will head west to Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade as part of the Spring Jubilee event offering customers a selection of unique gifts, unusual teas (not serving teas, just selling them!) and classic British fare.
Created by BritWeek board member & music consultant Gemma Dempsey, along with stylist and fellow tea lover Jenny Charlesworth, A Spot of Tea offers customers delicious teas and tasty treats as well as a hand-picked selection of unique gifts, all wrapped up with the charm and eccentricity of a bygone age.
