Model and actress Kelly Brook – who is known for her voluptuous figure – admitted she feels she’s let herself go in the past couple of years but would hate to be any slimmer because she prefers looking ”strong and ”athletic”.
Brook who has just modelled a stunning gown made out of liquid gold to launch the new HTC One M9 handset said: ”I had a couple of years off but then I wanted to get into shape.
”I like to be curvy, athletic and strong. I don’t want to be super skinny.”
The brunette underwear stunner described the unique photo shoot – which was inspired by the iconic Marilyn Monroe look from the ‘The Seven Year Itch’ – as her ‘boldest’ ever. The striking image was created with over 440 litres of gold-coloured liquid during a four-hour shoot.
The beauty, who is clearly happy with her curves, believes in mixing up her exercise regime in order to get the most out of her work outs.
She added: ”I do heavy weights a couple of times a week. As well as Barry’s Bootcamp [interval training classes] for cardio. I go hiking, I swim, do a bit of martial arts. I like to mix it up.”
And Kelly – who relocated to LA last year to film the sitcom ‘One Big Happy’, which has now been cancelled – previously confessed to hitting the gym at least five times a week.
She said: ‘‘My style has changed over the years but what I wear changes depending on my mood and location.
”I’m in gym gear a lot as I’m working out five days a week.”
