Former ‘TOWIE‘ star Mark Wright is set to become a star in America.

The reality TV star, who rose to fame on The Only Way is Essex (think Jersey Shore with English accents) – has had his BBC show The Dengineers sold to the USA, meaning he will be aired on the Discovery Family Channel across the country.
The show sees Mark help children build their dream dens. A source said: “It’s actually a really big deal for him.
“His US agent thinks it could open the door to more presenting work in the USA, especially as Discovery is such a big channel.
“Mark has the same agent as Ryan Seacrest and Piers Morgan.”
The Discovery Family channel – formerly Discovery Kids – reaches 70 million households in the US.
After leaving TOWIE, Mark went on to various hosting jobs, including on Heart FM and Take Me Out: The Gossip.
He also took part in Strictly Come Dancing 2014.
Only one series of ‘The Dengineers’ has been shown so far, but a second has been filmed and will air later in 2016.
Mark’s certainly come a long way since his days mixing it up with Arg and Gemma Collins on the popular reality show.
Still, he returned to the series this year to host a 200th TOWIE episode special.
Mark has yet to comment on the news himself.
