Not only has he just signed a huge deal with top US music manager Scooter Braun, but seriously folks, Cruz Beckham has officially revealed his debut pop single – a festive track called ‘If Every Day Was Christmas’.

All was revealed earlier this week on popular British radio station Capital FM and the catchy song is already on Spotify… AND if this little publicity blast is anything to go by, then ‘baby’ Beckham, who is clearly following in his mom’s footsteps, is surely on course for the UK Christmas No.1 spot.

Oo-er!

cruz-becvkhamThe station interviewed Becks junior about the track, with the young lad explaining his rationale behind the song:“It’s two of my favorite things – singing and Christmas.”

Cruz also announced the news on his Instagram account, writing: “#IfEveryDayWasChristmas out now on @AppleMusic!! All proceeds to @globals_make_some_noise”.

The tune features 11-year-old Cruz singing the line: “If every day was Christmas and I can’t be with you, underneath the mistletoe, kiss you when nobody knows.”

Sales from ‘If Every Day Was Christmas’ will benefit Global’s Make Some Noise organisation – which funds charities across the UK.

The track is produced by Rodney Jerkins, who has worked with icons including Michael Jackson, Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga and, yes, the Spice Girls throughout his career.

Not that everyone is completely happy with the song, as Piers Morgan took the opportunity on Good Morning Britain this morning to accuse the Beckhams of ‘pimping Cruz out,’ later adding: “I’m trying to protect Cruz Beckham from his fame-hungry parents.”

Cruz’s parents, David and Victoria Beckham, have been showcasing their son’s musical gifts all year long on social media.

When Cruz joined Instagram this week he quickly attracted over 30,000 subscribers in just one hour, which is clear testament to his social media appeal.

Well, at least it’s all for a good cause!
