British Pop singer turned actress, Billie Piper, has welcomed her third child. The 36-year-old pop star turned actress gave birth over Christmas, according to the Daily Mail.
At press time the baby girl had yet to be named and is Billie’s first child with her rock singer boyfriend Johnny Lloyd.
The former Doctor Who star announced she was expecting a baby with the musician earlier this year.
Billie is already mum to Winston, nine, and Eugene, six, from her marriage to Laurence Fox.
She has been dating Tribes frontman Johnny for two years.
The former singer has made no secret of her desire to have a big family.
In February she said of having more kids: “In my dream world I’d have loads.
“I was one of four and it’s taxing for both parents and kids. I do like the idea of chaos.”
Billie shot to fame at the age of 15 as a pop star when her debut single Because We Want To topped the charts.
The single was followed by Billie’s album Honey to the B which was certified double platinum.
But by 2003, aged just 20, she retired from the recording industry and launched an acting career.
The star first married Chris Evans in a secret ceremony in Las Vegas in May 2001, after six months of dating.
Although they divorced in 2007, the pair have remained close friends.
Her marriage to Laurence was rockier and after seven years the pair parted ways.
Billie starred as Rose Tyler in Dr Who when the iconic sci-fi franchise was rebooted in 2005. She stayed on the show for three more years alongside both Christopher Ecclestone, as the Doctor, and his successor, David Tennant. She is slated to return to the show for a standalone flashback adventure without the Time Lord later this year, and will also voice the character of Rose in a new series of audio books which will consist of a four-part story called Rose Tyler: The Dimension Cannon.
Three children and a busy career? She’s certainly embracing the chaos!
