Scottish singing star Susan Boyle who is worth $38 million, looked worlds apart from her glamorous stint on US television as she waited for a bus in her Scottish home town last week.
Spotted near her home in West Lothian, Susan was dressed for the cold weather in an olive green tracksuit with a black winter coat.
Boyle was left disappointed after she was knocked out of the finals of America’s Got Talent: The Champions.
Susan had wowed judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel in the first stages of the competition but didn’t make the cut during her last appearance on Monday.
She was lucky enough to hear the ‘golden buzzer’ in the earlier stages of the show from judge Mel B and was sent straight through to the final.
Susan was joined by fellow Britain’s Got Talent star, singer Paul Potts but the pair failed to make it into the final five.
Susan said afterwards: “Of course, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed, but also deep down I didn’t think I would win.
“Secretly you hold out hope that you just might because that’s what drives you to do your best in a competition.”
Maybe she’s hoping there’ll be another one along in a minute…..!!
