Brighton City Councillor Leslie Pumm was in Santa Monica this week to meet with local mayor Phil Brock. Brighton & Hove are a friendship city of Santa Monica and besides both being seaside towns share a great mutual heritage – including their famous piers. Brighton’s turned 125 years old this year while Santa Monica’s is only ten years younger at 115.
