Former Spice Girl Mel B is convinced that when that magical moment arrives of giving birth to her third child, husband Stephen Belafonte will “probably pass out and require medical attention!”
In the interview with Hello! Magazine out this week, a heavily-pregnant Mel said she expects her two daughters to be more helpful than her husband: “Phoenix and Angel will be there with me during my labor, which is just as well as Stephen will be a complete nightmare”…
I bet poor ol’ Stephen loved reading this! *Cringe*
The 36-year-old continued: “I pretended to him the other day that I was in labor and he just went white; he didn’t have a clue what to do. He’ll be panicking and probably take us to the wrong hospital”…
This will be the first child for Melanie and Stephen, who married back in February of 2007, and the arrival of tiny feet could come any day now, though we’ve been waiting for Mel to ‘pop’ for weeks… In fact she is overdue!
In a response to former bandmate Mel C’s tweet, Mel B said: ‘(It was due) YESTERDAY!!! Help!!! It likes being in my tummy too much right now’…Somebody please get this girl some spicy food pronto! I’ve heard it helps induce labor. In any case I wish her all the best for when that big day comes.
A little advice for you too Stephen…just breathe… We are sending you out another batch of Frosted Cupcakes (spicy ones if poss…Of course!)
