It seems the latest celebrity diet is to take part in TV’s Dancing with the Stars!
Kelly Osbourne shed the pounds and danced her way to a new shape, as did Scary SpiceMel B, and it looks as though Katherine Jenkins is also following the trend.
Earlier this month the Welsh beauty revealed she has lost an astonishing 1.5 stone since rehearsing and competing on the show!
However, Katherine is doing her utmost to gain some of the weight back on by eating plenty of cakes, which she was keen to share a picture of on Twitter this week.
She wrote: “The new Katherine Jenkins Diet Plan…#WhoSaysImNotEating #MumWouldBeSoProud.” But let’s be honest, she was gorgeous before taking part in the show anyway!
In a recent interview earlier this month she said that her daily dance rehearsals combined with the live performances, with professional partner Mark Ballas has slimmed her down to a US size 2-4! She said: “I’ve lost a stone and a half. I’m burning so much energy now that it’s hard to put the weight back on. But I like to be curvy so I’m trying not to lose any more. But I do want to be healthy too!”
Stick to whatever it is you are doing Katherine, because it certainly looks as if it’s working, so much so, I would give you a top score of 10!
