Robert Pattinson Wants to Play James Bond… (In 20 Years Time)

Nobody can accuse ‘Twilight’ star Robert Pattinson of not having a career plan…

The British actor has revealed he wants to take on the role of James Bond, but not before he has gained at least 20 more years of experience in his career.

Phew, so, Daniel Craig fans need not worry…Rob won’t be replacing the heartthrob any time soon!

The ambitious 26-year-old is keen to play the iconic spy and thinks he will be able to do it justice in two more decades.

He confessed: “Yeah, I’d definitely like to go for Bond, but in more like 20 years.”

There’d be nothing worse than, like, Let’s get a fresh-faced Bond! That would be the worst idea in the world. It would be ridiculous to reinvent it as some young posh kid.”

He added: “After Daniel Craig you have to have some baggage. I’d have to be tortured in the first few scenes.

“I’d have to do the first film with one arm or something.”

Well, by my calculations, I reckon that between 2012 and 2032 there’s likely be at least another five or six Bonds to make Craig’s version a distant memory.
