THE BRITISH-AMERICAN Business Council in Orange County has a busy schedule of events in September starting with their BABC Member Appreciation night on Wed. September 5th from 6-7.30 pm at the Wyndham Hotel, 3350 Avenue of the Arts in Costa Mesa.

Fans of Alan Ayckbourn will not want to miss the special pricing being offered by the South Coast Repertory for the Thursday, September 13th performance of his classic play, ‘Absurd Person Singular’.
In this uproarious work Ayckbourn sets the party in the living room but the drama in the kitchen – three kitchens, in fact, on three successive Christmas Eves when relationships change, fortunes soar and then dive and the social kaleidoscope gets all shook up. Ad an off-stage couple and lots of gin, and you’ve got a very funny farce with very sharp teeth.
